A few words from those who have indulged at Wildwood.

If you spend too much time in planes, traffic and whizzing from meeting to meeting and need to get away without wanting to waste time on travel, Wildwood is the place for you. Think of the most relaxing holiday accommodation you’ve stayed in at Leura, Blue Mountains, add a beautiful, safe beach within a 3 minute walk and hey presto, that is Wildwood.

As soon as you walk down the natural driveway, you feel the privacy of the tall trees and intimate bush land setting and you cannot help but start relaxing. The feeling inside the well appointed house is one of light and air, and the back deck is a special place to unwind. The café on the beach serves great coffee and brunch, just what you want after a morning stroll.

We had a wonderful time at Wildwood. What a great spot. Incredible to be on a beautiful sandy beach one moment and then just a short stroll back to the rain-forest like tranquility of Wildwood. Peaceful and relaxing.

Wildwood is very well appointed and extremely comfortable both inside and outside.

We will be coming back!

If you’re looking for some time away from your everyday life… a place to unwind, breathe, re-charge and regenerate then Wildwood is for you. After three nights at Wildwood I felt like I had been on a month long holiday. The house is very well equipped and every holiday luxury need has been thought through for you. I recommend dinner on the deck, a walk to the beach and coffee at the corner cafe, if you can peel yourself away from the comfy beds! A beautiful location and a very beautiful home.”

Pearl Beach restaurant is indeed a find and reservations are a must…walk, don’t drive. And if you go with others, make sure they each bring their special ‘pearl’.

A rare, well appointed, romantic hideaway. Enjoy the pure relaxation!

Wildwood is a wonderful place to escape with the girlfriends after a hard week. The house had all those personal touches that made it welcoming. We found sunny spots to sit, read and unwind, ate breakfast and read the Sunday newspapers on the back deck and it’s only a short stroll to the beach. When we wanted exercise we walked through the National Park (at the end of the road) and discovered some great views over Pittwater.

The house is set back from the road among the trees in a world of its own. That’s how I felt – like I had escaped from the hassles of my everyday life and for a brief time I could just enjoy the peace, the simplicity and beauty of the house and its decor. I discovered something new about me, an old friend and a new one. Not bad for a short break. The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It’s an hour or so drive from the CBD and a few minutes walk to the beach. But I was happy to stay at home and enjoy where I was

Would I go back there? No question about it!

Wildwood is heavenly! It is the perfect get away – it’s discreet, private and is like my little piece of paradise, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants some time out or a romantic weekend or week
